Journal Entry 002 - 10/15/2014 "What are themes in literature?"
Literature is a written piece that usually defines a material from creative writing to a more scientific way of writing, though this term is mostly used to refer to the works of creative imagination. Including the works of poetry, drama, fiction, and nonfiction.
"How does specific word choice shape the meaning and tone of a piece of writing?"
Specific word choice usually tends to make the author's writing look unique, and attract a lot of readers to actually liking the story.
Journal Entry 003 - 10/16/2014 "The shallow and the deep"
Tanoak didn't mean to disturb such a stranger from his life threatening situation, nor didn't suspect what he was, the only ones she heard of was Hercules, Perseus, and Theseus, but when first knowing this stranger was an infamous demigod she immediately takes him in hoping to meet such a hero named "Hercules". She commands him to take her to Hercules. During this life threatening Journey, she begins to grow a close friendly relationship with the guy, and decides to help him with what he has been striving for, . . . popularity.
Journal Entry 004 - 10/19/14 Protagonist named Leo begins to wonder what is with the uproar happening around school.
"Have you seen her?"
Who is she?
What is she?
Could it be a blonde from California who happened to become new student at Leo's school? Nope, it's none other then Stargirl Caraway. Stargirl Caraway happens to be a newly unusual girl who happened to come upon Leo's school, she appears to wear an old flapper dress with a ukulele strapped to her back. What? She isn't wearing any make up either, just what exactly is she.
Well she is a girl who has been home schooled most of her life with a rat named cinnamon, she enjoys to sing, and play from her ukulele. Now during the days at Leo's school, she sings happy birthday to those who happened to have there birthday on a school day, she dances in the rain, and she also ask question that aren't even I'm topic. Just what exactly is she?
The school begins to become attracted to Stargirl's unusual personality, such as doing most of the crazy stuff she has done, they begin to love her, but not Hillari Kimble. Hillari has disliked Stargirl since day one. Why? Well who knows, maybe she's just a hater. Well continuing on, after months and months... somehow the teenagers at Micas High school begin to dislike Stargirl, why? Because a few months back the high school's basket ball team had started to actually win the game when Stargirl started cheering, oh yeah I forgot to mention that Stargirl joined the cheerleading team. Continuing on a few months later the basket ball team started losing it's lucky touch, and started losing. The school blamed Stargirl for their losing streak. Not only that, they also started believing that Stargirl's different from everyone else because she dislikes them, or she thinks she's better then everyone. Crazy! Not only that Stargirl got kicked out of the cheerleading team with everyone shunning her out.... Wait, did I spoil, I hope I didn't.

Correction for those who said that Leonardo da Vinci's parachute idea won't be able to work because it would be made out of linen cloth and would be a triangle shape. Well you're wrong. Back in 2000, stressful Adrian Nichols built an exact prototype of what Leonardo da Vinci had described what his parachute would be like. Adrian then tested the parachute. Despite skepticism from experts, the parachute was an success, and was noted that the ride down was more smoother then modern parachutes.

Stargirl explains to Leo that she gets most of her information from people by reading newspaper articles without the headlines that people usually skip, and also reads fillers. Fillers are those random paragraphs that feel up extra spaces that talk about a random topic. Such as lost dog, or little Jimmy broke his arm, etc.
After that she also explained that she would look at boards to see what people would put up on it. For example there would be fliers that would say "Need help mowing lawn" or whichever. Which led to her asking Leo if he wanted to play a game. In the game you have to follow someone from anywhere off the street for 15 minuets, after the 15 minutes you have to guess what card the person would need.
So Leo and Star girl followed a lady for exactly 15 minutes, after the minutes were up, they explained to each other what type of cards they would get her. After all that Star girl invited Leo to dinner.
